Job Scope

The role plays a crucial role in planning, executing, and overseeing capability development initiatives within the organization. This position ensures that programs align with strategic goals, adhere to best practices in project management, and drive workforce development. The role requires cross-functional collaboration, stakeholder engagement, and a keen focus on program success metrics.

Main Responsibilities

Develop and implement detailed program plans, timelines, and milestones.

Oversee the execution of capability development initiatives, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.

Monitor program progress, identify risks, and implement mitigation strategies.

Ensure compliance with internal policies, regulations, and industry best practices.

Engage with internal and external stakeholders, including government entities, training providers, and industry partners.

Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to ensure seamless program execution.

Define key performance indicators (KPIs) and success metrics for the program.

Conduct periodic evaluations and impact assessments.

Prepare reports, presentations, and recommendations for continuous improvement.

Manage program budgets, ensuring cost-effectiveness and resource optimization.
