The role entails overseeing the execution of engineering projects in the Oil and Gas sector, requiring significant experience in offshore operations and engineering. Ideal candidates will possess a strong background in mega projects with a Bachelor’s degree in engineering and extensive experience in the field.

Qualifications

• Minimum Overall 18+ years of experience in Oil and Gas industry.
• At least 12+ years in execution of Detail Engineering / EPC contracts.
• 8+ years of experience in Offshore projects preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the execution of Detail Engineering and EPC contracts.
• Manage engineering activities for Offshore Topside facilities.
• Ensure projects are delivered on time and within budget.

KBR Abu Dhabi is currently looking to fill a position of Lead Project Engineer for an Offshore EPC Topside Facilities project to be based in Spain (Madrid Contractor Office).

Requirements

Minimum Overall 18+ years of experience in Oil and Gas industry. Having minimum 12+ years in execution of Detail Engineering / EPC contracts in the Oil & Gas industry. Having minimum 8+ years of previous experience working in Offshore projects would be an added advantage. Candidates MUST have experience in offshore Topside facilities platforms. Must have worked at least 5 years of experience in similar position for mega oil and gas FEED/ EPC project ( more than US$ 1 Billion) Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering is a MUST.
