Job summary

Stantec is seeking a Project Architect to lead design execution and coordinate disciplines on complex projects in Dubai. The role requires turning architectural concepts into technically sound drawings and overseeing hand-sketching capabilities with proficiency in Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and other design tools.

You will drive quality, timelines, and client engagement across healthcare, public, and commercial sectors.

Qualifications

Bachelor degree in Architecture is required.
Minimum 7 years of architectural experience.
Registration with a relevant professional association (e.g. AIA, RIBA).
Experience in healthcare, public institutional, mixed-use, retail and commercial buildings.
Proficiency in hand sketching and design software.

Responsibilities

Work with key staff to develop strategies including client contact, proposal preparation, and client interviews.
Lead the architectural team to deliver projects efficiently and on time.
Coach and mentor architectural team members to meet goals from the business plan.
Deliver projects on time, on budget, and with high quality.
Develop and maintain client relationships.
Advance in-house expertise and methodologies in design, technical, and QA standards.
Provide leadership and direction to develop in-house design capabilities.
Deliver expertise throughout all project phases.
