Job summary

Stantec in Dubai seeks a senior Digital Design Delivery Manager to lead BIM-based design delivery across Buildings Design projects, driving governance, standards, and high-quality outcomes for multidisciplinary teams.

You will implement digital delivery strategies, advance parametric workflows with Rhino/Grasshopper/Dynamo, automate repetitive tasks, and guide teams through ISO 19650 frameworks and data handover processes.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in a built environment field is required.
Professional BIM or digital delivery certifications are highly desirable.
ISO 19650 training or certification is preferred.
Autodesk Revit certification or equivalent credentials would be advantageous.

Responsibilities

Lead the digital delivery strategy for Buildings Design projects across multidisciplinary teams.
Oversee BIM execution plans, information management workflows, and QA/QC procedures.
Champion ISO 19650 aligned information management and CDE governance.
Provide leadership to BIM Managers for Revit-based design delivery across disciplines.
Drive parametric and computational design workflows using Rhino, Grasshopper, Dynamo, and Python.
Identify opportunities to automate repetitive design, checking, and coordination tasks.
