Job summary

Stantec is seeking a talented and motivated design professional to advance our architectural practice in Dubai. The Architect will work on a wide range of commercial and master planning projects for our high-profile client base in the region.

The ideal candidate is a UAE national with 0–3 years of experience in architecture, proficient in Revit, and able to communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Architecture (or equivalent).
• 0–3 years as Architect focusing on design.
• Expert in Revit Architecture with ongoing professional development.
• Knowledge of architectural principles, techniques, and detailing to international standards.
• Ability to work alone or in a team, owning deliverables.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Hands-on experience in architectural design.

Responsibilities

• Provide design within our emerging commercial architectural practice for the high-profile client base.
• Manage the design process from inception through schematic design to detail design.
• Coordinate with design leadership across offices to ensure best practice and high-quality outcomes.
• Coordinate across offices for resource support and project delivery.
• Support growth in the commercial sector and development of client relationships.
• Maintain drafting standards and ensure documentation reflects policy.
