Through a unique blend of regional insight and global design thinking, they bring context, clarity, and creativity to everything they do.

Their projects span high-end residential, hospitality, retail, and commercial sectors with a focus on impact, quality, and legacy. To support their growing portfolio of standout work, we’re looking for an exceptional Lead Project Architect to join their Dubai studio and bring both design leadership and technical precision to the team.

Duties:

Design with Impact

Lead the design and delivery of medium to large-scale architecture projects, or key parts of larger developments.

Shape design decisions in collaboration with Associates and Directors, aligning your creative thinking with the businesses values and design vision.

Produce and oversee high-quality concept designs, 3D visuals, and compelling presentations using Revit, Rhino, SketchUp, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite and more.

Maintain design integrity through all project stages, balancing creativity, function, and technical excellence.

Coordinate, Deliver, and Inspire

Guide your team through schematic, detailed, and IFC design phases, ensuring quality and cohesion throughout.

Collaborate with consultants across all disciplines to deliver integrated, efficient, buildable solutions.

Drive the creation of detailed documentation and specifications, always upholding industry best practices and regulatory standards.

Champion QA/QC reviews at every key milestone to ensure we deliver exactly what we promised, and more.

Lead on Site

Be the confident architectural voice on-site, attending inspections, resolving issues, and ensuring the built outcome aligns beautifully with the original vision.

Monitor milestones and coordinate changes with clarity, speed, and accuracy.

Represent the business with professionalism and positivity at every stage of site coordination.

Build Relationships that Last

Take the lead on day-to-day client relationships, ensuring their experience is seamless, inspiring, and collaborative.

Confidently chair client meetings, provide updates, and offer creative solutions.

Become a trusted voice within the team, nurturing talent and offering guidance to junior architects.

Requirements

8-10 years of experience working on mid to large-scale design-led Mixed-use architectural projects.

A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture from a recognised institution.

A compelling portfolio demonstrating your leadership in high-end mixed-use residential, hospitality, and retail projects.

Expert proficiency in Revit, Rhino, AutoCAD, Adobe Creative Suite, and visualisation tools.

You should have experience on projects from schematic stages through to handover, which should be demonstrated throughout your CV and Portfolio.

Confidence managing client relationships, leading meetings, and coordinating teams.

A collaborative, positive spirit and a desire to contribute to a supportive, inclusive studio culture.

Ideally professionally registered or actively working toward licensure in your country of practice.
