Job summary

MBRF is seeking a sanitation and quality supervisor in the United Arab Emirates. You will ensure compliance with BRF standards, lead sanitation teams, and drive continuous improvement across QA, safety, and hygiene programs.

You will implement SSOPs, oversee KPIs, and train operators to follow procedures. The role requires strong leadership, Lean tooling knowledge, and the ability to manage audits in a multicultural environment.

Qualifications

• Leadership and people management experience.
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools and PDCA.
• Experience with Root Cause Analysis and audits.
• Understanding of HSE and food safety standards.

Responsibilities

• Guarantee compliance with quality standards and procedures.
• Participate in corrective and preventive actions within sanitization related to SSOP, Equipment Swabbing, inventory deviations, KPI divergence, etc.
• Plan, monitor, and evaluate job results; coach and discipline employees.
• Manage KPIs related to sanitization and review results in monthly Target Check Meeting.
• Create Divergence Reports with action plans and timelines to achieve KPIs.
• Maintain safe and clean work environment by educating personnel on control points, equipment, and resources.
• Ensure health and safety guidelines are implemented within Sanitization.
• Lead and participate in work groups; conduct process hazard analyses and implement actions to raise safety standards.
