Job summary

Al Gahwa Al Arabiya is seeking a Head Chef for the Production Kitchen to lead and optimize high-volume culinary operations in Abu Dhabi. The role requires 3-5 years of senior kitchen experience and strong leadership to ensure quality and consistency.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3-5 years of relevant experience in a Head Chef or similar senior kitchen position.
• Strong experience in production kitchen operations.

• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, quality, and portion control.
