The ideal candidate has 3-5 years of relevant bakery experience, strong knowledge of techniques and recipes, and a commitment to food safety, hygiene, and teamwork in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience in bakery and pastry production.
• Experience in breads, pastries, cakes, desserts and doughs.
• Knowledge of baking techniques, recipes, production methods and presentation.
• Strong understanding of food safety, hygiene, quality and portion control.
• Ability to maintain consistent product quality and production standards.
• Good planning, organization and teamwork skills.
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production kitchen.
