Job summary

IC Markets is seeking an experienced Product Owner for Trading Platforms (Mobile & Web) to own and drive the development of trader-facing platforms. The role focuses on forex, CFDs, and the end-to-end trading lifecycle to deliver an exceptional trading experience.

You will translate strategy into epics and clear requirements, manage the backlog with engineering and QA, and ensure platform quality across mobile and web while integrating with the broader brokerage ecosystem.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field.
3+ years of experience as Product Owner/PM in forex, CFDs, online trading, or fintech.
Strong practical understanding of Forex and CFD trading is essential.
Experience with APIs, system integrations, and interconnected platforms.

Responsibilities

Own and manage the product roadmap and backlog for mobile and web trading platforms.
Translate trading requirements and client needs into epics, user stories, acceptance criteria, and requirements.
Collaborate with Engineering, QA, UX/UI, and Compliance across the full lifecycle.
Lead backlog refinement, prioritisation, and dependencies with external systems.
Define KPIs for engagement, trading activity, and platform reliability.
Support UAT, release readiness, and production validation of new features.
