Job summary

Fanatics Momentum, the UAE's leading regulated gaming operator, is hiring a Lead Product Manager for Identity, Wallet and KYC. You will own core journeys across onboarding, authentication, KYC and wallet interactions in a tightly regulated market.

You will collaborate with Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations to build scalable platform capabilities and reusable components used across Sportsbook, Lottery and Fan Ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience across fintech, digital banking, wallets, payments or regulated B2C products.
• Experience balancing customer conversion with trust, fraud, compliance and operational complexity.
• Strong craft across funnel optimisation, platform thinking, payments and regulated journeys.
• Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations.
• Experience owning complex customer journeys and shared platform capabilities end to end.
• Experience leveraging AI to accelerate insight and delivery with regulatory controls.

Lead Product Manager, Platform - Identity, Wallet and KYC

Overview

As Lead Product Manager, Identity, Wallet, and KYC, you'll own some of the most important shared customer journeys across FanMo. Your challenge: How do we make joining, verifying and transacting with FanMo feel simple and trusted while meeting the requirements of a regulated market?

You'll sit at the intersection of customer experience, regulation, payments, fraud and technology, working across teams to build reliable, scalable customer capabilities that support the broader FanMo ecosystem.

The ideal candidate is a strong product thinker who can balance customer conversion with trust, fraud, compliance and operational complexity. You're comfortable navigating complex regulated journeys and turning them into simple, reliable customer experiences.

Required Qualifications

• 7+ years of Product Management experience across fintech, digital banking, wallets, payments, marketplaces, gaming or other regulated B2C products.
• Experience balancing customer conversion with trust, fraud, compliance and operational complexity.
• Strong product craft across funnel optimisation, platform thinking, payments, regulated journeys, analytics and experimentation.
• Experience working cross-functionally across Product, Technology, Compliance and Operations.
• Experience owning complex customer journeys and shared platform capabilities end to end.
• Experience leveraging AI to accelerate insight and delivery, while ensuring high-impact customer and regulatory decisions remain appropriately controlled.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience in UAE or GCC markets, KYC or digital identity, wallets and payments, fraud or risk, gaming or other regulated products.
