This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced Process Engineering Lead with a proven track record in understanding the complexities involved in large-scale Gas Processing projects to meet objectives for a high-profile client.

Responsibilities
- Lead and supervise Process Engineering Teams across project phases: Feasibility, Conceptual Studies, Pre-FEED, FEED, and EPC
- Undertake process design work, supervise and review work of engineers
- Manage activities within budget and schedule, ensuring technical integrity
- Ensure design standards and data conform to client requirements
- Approve basis of design, process calculations, safety calculations for robust design
- Review and approve Process Flow Diagrams, P&IDs, Equipment & Instrument specifications, etc.
- Review dynamic and transient studies, surge, MDMT, depressurization, and flare system designs
- Maintain high safety standards and environmental and quality procedures
- Contribute to safety reviews and safety-related calculations
- Identify new methodologies for higher productivity
- Review supplier quotations and project reviews
- Ensure compliance with Licensor's Secrecy Agreements
- Participate in technical meetings and client discussions
- Identify and report project issues to management
- Manage engineering teams as Lead Discipline Engineer when assigned
- Mentor and develop junior engineers
- Assist in planning, scheduling, and reporting
- Support preparation of pre-commissioning, commissioning, and operating manuals
- Assist in manhours estimation and proposal scheduling

Expected
- Bachelor's degree in chemical engineering or equivalent; 15+ years of relevant experience in offshore/onshore Oil & Gas, including 5+ years in GCC region preferred
- At least 5 years in a similar senior role managing teams in mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects
- Proficiency in Process Simulation software such as HYSYS, Flare System Analyzer, PipeNet, Pipesim, OLGA, etc., with expertise in these tools
- Knowledge of engineering software and business tools
- Experience in multi-project environments across all engineering phases
- Previous Middle East experience is advantageous
