Job summary

Zutari, a leader in transport systems design, is seeking a Principal Bridge Engineer for its Dubai Bridges team. You will provide technical and project leadership across a portfolio of bridge projects, mentoring engineers and fostering strong client relationships to shape growth in the Middle East.

Qualifications

• BEng/BSc (Hons) in civil or structural engineering required.
• CEng or PE accreditation is preferred.
• Minimum 12 years of experience in bridge design, with 5+ years in the Middle East.
• Experience in steel and concrete bridges is preferred.
• Proven ability to lead a team and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Lead the design of bridges from concept through detailed design.
• Oversee Bridge Engineers and Technicians.
• Deliver technically excellent design and project deliverables.
• Provide solutions to complex problems using initiative.
• Work independently or as part of a team.
• Prepare clear, detailed reports.
• Communicate effectively with colleagues, managers and clients.
