Job summary

Tanqeeb in Dubai seeks an experienced Precast Production Supervisor to oversee daily operations, ensuring quality standards and production schedules are met. You will mentor a team, enforce safety protocols, and drive process improvements to optimize output.

The ideal candidate will have a Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering or Construction Management and at least 5 years in precast/construction, with a proven track record of leading production teams and achieving targets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.
Minimum of 5 years of progressive experience in precast concrete manufacturing or related construction environment.
Proven track record of supervising production teams and achieving production targets.
In-depth knowledge of precast concrete production techniques, materials, and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities

Oversee daily precast production to meet quality standards and schedules.
Mentor and manage a team of precast production staff in a safe, efficient environment.
Implement and enforce safety protocols with regular inspections and hazard assessments.
Monitor production processes to identify deviations or inefficiencies and optimize output.
