Qualifications

• Proven experience as a Plant and Machinery Supervisor on large-scale construction projects.
• Strong knowledge of heavy machinery operations, maintenance, and safety standards.
• Fluency in English; Arabic knowledge is advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Supervise the daily operation and maintenance of heavy equipment on-site.
• Coordinate and schedule equipment usage to optimize productivity and meet project timelines.
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and company policies to maintain a safe working environment.
• Conduct regular inspections and assessments of machinery to identify and address operational issues.
• Manage a team of operators and technicians, providing guidance, training, and support.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to align plant operations with project goals.
• Maintain accurate records of machinery usage, maintenance activities, and repairs.
• Implement and monitor preventive maintenance programs to maximize equipment reliability.
• Investigate and report any equipment accidents or breakdowns promptly, recommending corrective actions.
