Job Purpose:

To lead a team of Senior Engineers, Engineers, Senior Designers, Designers, and Draftsmen.

Job Responsibilities:

• Independently lead a team of engineering professionals within the discipline.
• Ensure effective communication and coordination among team members, other departments, and project managers.

Basic Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering.
• 15+ years of pipeline engineering experience in the oil & gas industry, including design, planning, management, and supervision.
• At least 5 years as a Senior Engineer supervising engineers and designers.
• Experience reviewing key deliverables from piping teams or other offices.
• Strong engineering competence, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Knowledge of industry standards, codes, and practices related to piping engineering.
• Experience with industry software such as SPR, NavisWorks, Caesar II, Autopipe, Orthogen, AutoCAD, Microstation, PDS, SP3D, PDMS, CadWorx, Autoplant, and MS Office.
• Excellent communication skills for client and team coordination.
