Responsibilities
  1. Provide insights and recommendations for operational improvements
  2. Identify employee performance and development goals
  3. Create and implement procedures to support employee performance aligned with nybl's objectives
  4. Train managers to achieve performance targets
  5. Address workplace issues affecting performance
  6. Analyze data for trends related to recruitment, motivation, turnover, and legal compliance
  7. Prepare and present data reports to senior leadership
  8. Set and monitor short- and long-term performance goals and benchmarks
  9. Support talent management and organizational design activities
