Job summary

EDGE is seeking a Production Supervisor (PCBA) in Abu Dhabi to lead PCB Assembly manufacturing operations, ensuring on-time delivery, quality, and cost efficiency. You will supervise production teams, drive continuous improvement, and uphold IPC compliance within a high-regulation environment.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electronics or a related technical discipline.
• Minimum 5 years' experience in a PCB Assembly manufacturing environment.
• Experience leading production teams and delivering quality and productivity targets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise PCB Assembly production activities to ensure quality, on-time delivery, and productivity targets are achieved.
• Plan, allocate, and monitor work orders in line with production schedules, resource availability, and capacity.
• Lead and develop production teams through coaching, performance management, and training.
• Ensure compliance with IPC standards, IPC Class 3 requirements, customer specifications, and company procedures.
• Drive continuous improvement, lean manufacturing initiatives, and process optimization across the facility.
• Monitor work-in-progress and resolve production issues to maintain efficient operations.
• Ensure equipment readiness by coordinating with maintenance teams and escalating technical issues when required.
• Promote a safe working environment and enforce 5S, HSE, and operational compliance standards.
