Job summary

Wood is seeking a Lead OT Cyber Security Engineer to design and advise on cyber security solutions for customers in the energy and materials sectors. The role emphasizes compliance, risk assessments, and design documentation for ongoing services.

You will lead ICS cybersecurity initiatives, support business growth for the Digital Integration group, and help develop a robust service portfolio, while staying current with industry trends and best practices.

Qualifications

• 10+ years’ experience in similar role.
• Multi-sector knowledge and global project experience in relevant areas.
• Experience in IT/OT cybersecurity management systems, risk assessments and risk mitigation; use of reference architectures in an industrial automation environment.
• Hands-on experience configuring and deploying industrial firewalls, backup/recovery solutions, and security tools; network capture and analysis.
• Experience configuring and deploying switches, routers, and network security equipment across multiple vendors.
• Exposure to different control system vendors and industrial networking equipment.
• Hands-on experience using cybersecurity tools.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proposal and project costing experience.
• Strong understanding of plant operations and digital twin solution architectures.

Responsibilities

• OT cyber security leadership and standards compliance.
• Provide leadership to standardize project execution/workflow across regions.
• Maintain competency, certification in OT Cybersecurity standards and technology; train others on trends.
• Represent solutions in conferences, webinars, panels and publications.
• Provide IT/OT risk support for proposal development and costing.
• Support cybersecurity strategy and initiatives for Digital Integration group and align with threat landscape.
• Analyze competitive landscape to determine strengths/weaknesses of services and partners for the roadmap.
• Support business growth targets for the Digital Integration group.
• Be a champion for ethical behavior and compliance with laws and policies.
