Job summary

ENOC seeks a seasoned Cybersecurity & Automation professional to manage day-to-day security and OT/ICS projects across our business segments. Translate security requirements into secure systems designs and oversee implementation with vendors and internal teams.

The role requires hands-on experience with industrial control systems, OT security tools, and IEC/ISA standards, plus the ability to coordinate cross-functional efforts and report on risk mitigation and performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a technical field (engineering, computer science, information systems) or related
• 7+ years in industrial control systems and cybersecurity in OT/ICS environments
• Experience with OT security tools such as Darktrace, Dragos, Nozomi Networks, Claroty
• Strong knowledge of IEC61131, SIL/FS, ISA standards and industrial protocols (Modbus, IEC61850, OPC, S7)
• Ability to coordinate cybersecurity and automation projects across multiple stakeholders

Responsibilities

• Execute day-to-day management and coordination of cybersecurity and automation projects
• Enforce ENOC’s cybersecurity controls, policies and procedures on site
• Develop and maintain security solutions for ICS infrastructure including firewalls, IPS, and secure remote access
• Coordinate with vendors and internal teams for assessments, actions and reports
• Support incident response and vulnerability management for OT/ICS environments
