Job summary

Convelox in the United Arab Emirates seeks a senior Project Manager to oversee a consulting team and client personnel on Oracle Fusion implementation projects. You will guide all phases, ensuring on-time delivery within budget and high client satisfaction.

The role requires 10+ years of Oracle Fusion PM experience, a strong leadership track record, and the ability to coordinate cross-functional resources across client and vendor sides.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in Oracle Fusion Project Management.
• Must have managed 2-3 end-to-end Oracle Fusion cloud implementations.
• Experience managing a consulting team of 10+ resources.
• Strong knowledge of Oracle Fusion Applications and AIM/OUM methodologies.
• Excellent organization, documentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Participate in proposals, statements of work, and project estimates with staffing plans.
• Manage ERP projects for client organizations and ensure timely, high-quality delivery.
• Develop detailed project plans with milestones, dependencies and critical paths.
• Estimate resources and manage budgets, scope and delivery quality.
• Escalate critical issues and provide guidance to the project team.
• Coach and lead project team members to apply methodology and achieve success.
• Stay updated on PM practices to improve ERP project management processes.
