Job summary

Trojan Construction Group – SP LLC is seeking an experienced construction supervisor to manage offshore activities in the UAE, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution.

You will coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, procurement, and subcontractors, oversee manpower and equipment, lead site meetings, and liaise with ADNOC representatives to deliver projects. Applicants should be familiar with ADNOC standards and permit-to-work systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading offshore construction projects to ADNOC standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of PTW, SIMOPS and HSE practices.

Responsibilities

• Manage and supervise offshore construction activities ensuring safety, quality and timely execution.
• Coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, procurement and subcontractors.
• Monitor progress, manpower, equipment and productivity; lead site meetings and liaise with ADNOC representatives.
• Prepare construction progress reports and support project close-out.
