Job summary

Trojan Construction Group – SP LLC is seeking an experienced construction supervisor to manage offshore activities in the UAE, ensuring safety, quality, and timely execution.

You will coordinate with engineering, planning, QA/QC, procurement, and subcontractors, oversee manpower and equipment, lead site meetings, and liaise with ADNOC representatives to deliver projects. Applicants should be familiar with ADNOC standards and permit-to-work systems.

Qualifications

• Experience leading offshore construction projects to ADNOC standards.
• Strong leadership, communication, and coordination with multidisciplinary teams.
• Knowledge of PTW, SIMOPS and HSE practices.

Job Purpose

Lead and manage all offshore construction activities, ensuring safe, timely, and quality execution in accordance with ADNOC standards, project specifications, and contractual requirements. Strong leadership and communication skills. Knowledge of ADNOC standards, PTW, SIMOPS, and offshore construction practices. Proficient in construction planning, HSE, quality, and multidisciplinary project execution.
