Job summary

Yallo Retail in Dubai on-site is seeking a Lead Network Architect to define and own end-to-end network architecture, delivering a resilient, secure and scalable foundation for business growth and operations. You will set architectural vision, standards and governance across the Group, drive consistency, manage risk, and ensure security by design with Zero Trust.

This 1-year+ contract requires strong leadership across multi-country environments and collaboration with vendors.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of networking experience and leadership in large, distributed environments.
• Proven ability to define and govern scalable network architectures across retail, logistics, corporate and cloud environments.
• Hands-on experience with Cisco platforms, ISE, Fortinet and SASE/SSE architectures.
• Ability to translate architecture decisions into measurable business outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Define end-to-end network architecture across Group.
• Maintain target-state architecture aligned to strategy and risk.
• Act as design authority for all network decisions.
• Ensure high availability, resilience and performance.
• Enforce standardised blueprints across WAN/SD-WAN, LAN and cloud.
• Embed security by design with Zero Trust.
• Govern architecture standards and guardrails across initiatives.
• Translate operational insights into architectural improvements.
• Plan capacity and future demand for growth.
