Job summary

MultiBank Group in Dubai seeks a Senior Network Engineer to own and evolve our global office network. This hands‑on role drives operation, optimization, and monitoring of LAN/WAN, Wi‑Fi, UPS, telco links, and backbone infrastructure across multiple sites.

You will act as the technical authority for the upgraded Sigma‑designed network, ensuring uptime of core business systems, scalable topology, and robust security in a high‑volume financial environment.

Qualifications

• 7+ years in enterprise‑level network engineering, preferably within financial/trading environments.
• Expert knowledge of switching and routing (Cisco Catalyst 9300/9200, OSPF, BGP, VLANs, STP).
• Strong familiarity with wireless (Meraki/Catalyst Wi‑Fi 6) and RF optimization.
• Proven experience with network monitoring/tools and vendor management.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the corporate network across HQ floors (core, access, Wi‑Fi, UPS).
• Manage Cisco Catalyst core and access switches with redundancy and optimized traffic flow.
• Maintain Meraki/Cisco wireless coverage per design heatmap for critical areas.
• Supervise UPS health and performance with SNMP alerting and power backup integrity.
• Design and implement network topology changes for scalability and performance.
