Job summary

People Recruit Limited in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Principal Technician in Non-Destructive Testing to perform and guide advanced inspections on aero engine components within aviation MRO environments. You will mentor junior NDT personnel and assist engineers with technique selection, ensuring safety compliance and inspection quality.

You will also ensure equipment calibration, maintain thorough inspection documentation, and support shop operations to meet tight turnaround schedules while

Qualifications

Associate vocational or technical qualification in Aviation Aeronautical Engineering MRO or related field.
Bachelor's degree preferred.
PCN Level II certification EN4179/NAS410 or equivalent.

Responsibilities

Perform and lead NDT inspections using FPI, MPI, UT, ET and related methods.
Guide technicians on correct technique application and defect identification.
Assist engineers in maintaining inspection quality and efficiency.
Calibrate inspection equipment and ensure proper working condition.
Provide on-the-job guidance to less experienced NDT personnel.
