Job summary

Adecco seeks a Lead Integration Delivery professional to own end-to-end delivery of integration services across Global Markets and Investment Banking, with a strong focus on Murex integration and external platforms.

You will lead a squad of integration engineers, manage the backlog, ensure delivery quality, and provide executive updates on progress and risks. This role requires extensive experience in financial services integration and vendor coordination.

Qualifications

• Minimum 10+ years of experience in integration delivery within financial services.
• Strong hands-on Murex exposure (Mx3.1 MxMLExchange, Market Data Batch & Live).
• Proven people-management experience leading squads of 5+ engineers.
• Experience integrating Murex with Bloomberg, Refinitiv, IHS Markit, and other platforms.
• Excellent Jira/Confluence-based delivery and reporting capabilities.
• Strong stakeholder management and cross-functional collaboration.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage a team of integration engineers (Murex and external platforms).
• Own the end-to-end integration delivery stream from requirements to production support.
• Drive backlog grooming, sprint planning, and delivery tracking with Jira.
• Provide regular KPIs, dashboards, and executive updates on delivery status.
• Ensure governance, security, and risk compliance across delivery processes.
• Coordinate with Front Office, Operations, Risk, Platform teams, and vendors.
