Job summary

confidential seeks an experienced Fleet & Workshop Manager with a strong motorsport background to lead the management, maintenance and readiness of a high-performance drift car fleet and the day-to-day operations of our motorsport workshop.

The role requires hands-on leadership, deep technical knowledge of performance engines and drivetrains, plus the ability to coordinate workshops, manage parts and supplier costs, and ensure readiness for drift sessions and events in a fast-paced

Qualifications

Experience in motorsport/drift/racing environments and high-performance prep.
Ability to manage a motorsport workshop, including safety and compliance.
Strong record-keeping for vehicle specs, service history and readiness checks.

Responsibilities

Maintain fleet records for each vehicle including spec, mileage, service history and life.
Develop preventive maintenance schedules for drift/competition vehicles.
Plan and supervise servicing, repairs, inspections and reliability improvements.
Monitor components and replacement intervals for engines, drivetrains, suspension, braking and cooling.
Diagnose recurring issues and implement corrective actions.
Ensure each vehicle passes documented checks before use.
Remove vehicles if safety or reliability concerns exist.
