Job summary

R&B Fashion is seeking an MIS/IT management professional in Dubai to prepare timely MIS reports and support month-end closings. The role emphasizes data consistency, ERP proficiency, and leadership to drive informed business decisions.

The ideal candidate will have 2-5 years in MIS or IT leadership, strong data analysis skills, and a Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems or CS. You will coordinate cross-functional teams and maintain audit-ready MIS documentation.

Qualifications

• 2-5 years of MIS or IT management experience, with leadership exposure.
• Proficiency in database management, data analysis, and ERP systems.
• Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related field.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
• In-depth understanding of MIS principles, data security, and compliance standards.

Responsibilities

• Prepare monthly MIS reports, including P&L and Balance Sheet by store, region, and business unit.
• Assist month-end closing activities, including ledger scrutiny, provision entries, and adjustments of prepayments.
• Review general ledger and trial balance entries to ensure accuracy and resolve discrepancies.
• Reconcile intra-company transactions related to purchases, sales, and transfers.
• Manage insurance coordination for retail outlets, warehouses, offices, and other company assets.
• Generate supporting reports for management, finance, and other internal departments as required.
• Assist with the closure of financial modules within ERP systems (such as APPS) during monthly closing periods.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure data flow for MIS reporting and compliance tracking.
• Maintain and organize MIS documentation, policies, and audit trail for easy reference and compliance purposes.
