Job summary

DUBAI AUTO GALLERY LLC is seeking a data-driven MIS/BI analyst to collect, analyze, and report on business performance in Dubai. You will develop MIS reports, dashboards, and KPIs to support decision-making across departments.

The role requires strong Excel, SQL, and BI tool skills, plus the ability to design automated reports and ensure data accuracy. You will collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and present findings clearly.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field and 2–5 years MIS/business analysis or data reporting experience.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities for data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills to convey insights to stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Collect analyze and interpret data from multiple sources
• Develop and maintain MIS reports dashboards and KPIs
• Generate daily weekly and monthly business reports
• Ensure data accuracy consistency and integrity across systems
• Design and automate reports using Excel SQL Power BI or other BI tools
• Monitor business performance and identify trends or anomalies
• Support management with data-driven insights and recommendations
• Coordinate with different departments to gather reporting requirements
• Maintain databases and troubleshoot data-related issues
• Document reporting processes and maintain MIS standards
• Assist in process improvement and reporting automation initiatives
