We're Hiring | Lead Mechanical - EPC

Are you a seasoned mechanical engineer with deep expertise in piping and mechanical systems? Join our high-performing EPC team as Lead Mechanical and take charge of delivering complex engineering coordination across multidisciplinary projects.

What You’ll Do:

• Lead and coordinate detailed design and engineering in piping & mechanical disciplines

• Interpret and implement EPC project scopes, specs, and drawings

• Prepare RFQs and manage technical coordination with vendors/subcontractors

• Drive technical issue resolution aligned with international codes (ASME, ASTM, API)

• Support construction teams with expert engineering solutions

• Ensure timely approvals and delivery of engineering documents and materials

• Interface with ADNOC and stakeholders to meet project milestones

• Oversee design reviews, HSE workshops, and 3D model sessions

• Review and close all technical queries and as-built documentation

Requirements:

Bachelor’s in Mechanical Engineering

10+ years of experience in EPC & Oil and Gas Projects

ADNOC standards familiarity is a strong plus

Strong leadership, coordination, and communication skills
