Job summary

MPH is seeking an experienced Lead Mechanical Engineer – Static Equipment for an offshore gas processing EPC project. You will lead all mechanical activities related to static equipment across FEED and Detail Engineering phases, coordinating with multidisciplinary teams and vendors to ensure compliance with specifications and client requirements.

The role requires strong leadership, deep expertise in static equipment design, and extensive EPC project experience in an offshore context.

Qualifications

• Experienced in leading mechanical engineering teams.
• Strong background in static equipment design and EPC environments.
• Familiar with offshore gas processing projects and international codes.

Responsibilities

• Lead mechanical activities for static equipment in offshore gas processing facilities.
• Provide technical leadership to mechanical/static engineers and designers.
• Develop and approve equipment specifications, datasheets and requisitions.
• Ensure compliance with project specs, codes and client requirements.
• Coordinate with Process, Piping, Materials, Civil/Structural, Electrical and Instrumentation teams.
• Review vendor drawings, calculations and fabrication procedures.
• Support procurement, fabrication and inspection activities and resolve technical queries.
• Interface with Client, PMC and EPC management on technical matters.
