Target Engineering Construction Co LLC in Abu Dhabi seeks an experienced Foreman – Instrumentation Commissioning to lead pre-commissioning, commissioning, testing, loop checks and startup activities for major Oil & Gas EPC projects.

You will supervise instrumentation technicians, coordinate with multidisciplinary teams, enforce HSE, and ensure safe, timely turnover with compliant documentation. Strong leadership and communication skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Instrumentation, Electrical, Electronics, or related Engineering discipline.
• 8–10 years of commissioning experience in Oil & Gas EPC Projects or related industries.
• Strong hands-on experience with DCS, PLC, ESD, and F&G Systems.
• Experience with brownfield modifications and shutdowns preferred.
• ADNOC project experience preferred.

Responsabilités

• Supervise instrumentation pre-commissioning and commissioning activities.
• Lead commissioning for pressure, temperature, flow, and level instruments, valves, DCS, PLC, ESD, and related systems.
• Coordinate with Construction, QA/QC, Engineering, and Operations teams.
• Ensure safety procedures and PTW requirements are followed.
• Maintain commissioning documentation and handover dossiers.
• Coach technicians in safe testing practices.
