Job summary

Worley is seeking a senior Materials Engineer to lead materials engineering activities across FEED, EPC and detailed design for complex oil, gas and petrochemical projects in the GCC. You will develop selection strategies for facilities, pipelines, offshore structures, and static equipment while ensuring safety, reliability and cost-effectiveness.

Qualifications

• Senior materials engineering leadership experience in oil & gas or petrochemical projects.
• Strong knowledge of material selection, corrosion, metallurgy, coatings and related standards (NACE, ASME, ASTM, API, ISO).
• Experience in FEED & EPC phases and coordinating multi-disciplinary teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and manage materials engineering activities across FEED, EPC and detailed design.
• Develop material selection strategies for facilities, pipelines, equipment and offshore structures.
• Prepare and review material selection reports, CCDs, MSDs and technical requisitions.
• Ensure compliance with ADNOC standards and international codes and standards.
• Mentor and supervise a team of specialists, engineers and professionals.
