Job summary

Lipton Teas and Infusions in Dubai seeks an experienced production supervisor to lead a manufacturing line within the factory. You will coordinate shift activities, drive safety, quality, and productivity, and provide coaching to a team of 40–45 operators.

The role requires strong Lean manufacturing knowledge, SAP experience, and the ability to report and improve line performance. You will collaborate with maintenance and other departments to meet schedules and optimize resources.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in manufacturing with Lean Manufacturing principles.
