Job summary

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing daily production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards, and leading a team of factory workers. A Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering is required, along with 3-5 years of supervisory experience in a manufacturing facility, preferably in the aluminium or glass industry. Proficiency in MS Office and ERP systems is an advantage.
