Job summary

Emirates Flight Catering (EKFC) in Dubai seeks a maintenance technician to perform repairs and routine maintenance under supervisor guidance. The role entails leading junior technicians, inspecting readings, and coordinating with the supervisor for handovers at shift end.

Candidates should have a Diploma in Electrical/Mechanical/Control or Industrial Engineering and a minimum of 3 years’ hands-on experience in hospitality or related sectors, with strong safety awareness and communication skills.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Electrical, Mechanical, Control or Industrial Engineering required.
• Minimum 3 years' hands-on maintenance experience in hospitality, catering, facility management or related field.
• Strong knowledge of safety procedures and ability to read drawings/manuals.

Responsibilities

• Carry out scheduled and non-scheduled repairs and maintenance under supervision.
• Lead junior technicians to ensure timely completion of tasks.
• Inspect readings, maintain log sheets, and coordinate with supervisor on handovers.
