Job summary

Ladwig Consulting in Dubai seeks a Senior Designer to lead luxury interior design projects across residential, hospitality, and commercial sectors. You will head the design process, mentor junior designers, and ensure timely delivery from concept to completion.

You will manage FF&E packages, present concepts to clients, and refine schemes with a focus on quality, detail, and client satisfaction. Dubai-based role with strong leadership expectations.

Qualifications

• Recognised interior design/architecture qualification or equivalent industry experience.
• Extensive experience delivering luxury interior design projects from concept to completion.
• Strong FF&E knowledge and understanding of the construction process.

Responsibilities

• Lead design across all project areas, including finishes, details and FF&E packages.
• Inspire and oversee Designers, possibly across multiple projects, with strong time management.
• Manage design process to meet deadlines agreed with Project Leader.
• Document client briefs clearly and relay tasks to the design team.
• Present design concepts with imagery, materials, and reports to clients.
• Develop concepts into realistic schemes and lead presentation documents (InDesign).
• Drive FF&E design and procurement budgets and specifications.
