Qualifications

• Professional practice in luxury interior design.
• Strong vendor management and client relationship skills.
• Ability to manage projects from concept to execution.

Responsibilities

• Collaborate with brands to finalize designs and create BOQs and quotes.
• Act as end-to-end brand ambassador, managing vendor relationships.
• Conduct vendor research, onboarding, and agreement approvals.
• Design and deliver customised interior projects for high-net-worth clients.
• Lead business development leveraging the luxury experience center.
• Manage high-net-worth clients with expectations for exclusivity.
• Engage vendors for long-term negotiations up to 8 months.
• Sell projects with minimal supervision.
