Qualifications

• Minimum 8 years of florist experience.
• Experience managing a team of in-house florists and coordinating freelancers.
• Proven ability to plan, execute and manage all aspects of floristry event production.
• Knowledge of flower types and seasonal availability.
• Experience with supply-chain and purchasing of flowers.
• Creative, trend-aware with traditional floristry skills.
• Strong collaboration and relationship-building.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently under tight deadlines and stay calm.
