We are a high-end florist shop located in Sharjah, specializing in creating stunning floral arrangements for weddings, events, and special occasions. We are seeking a skilled and experienced Senior Florist to join our team.

Responsibilities

• Designing and creating beautiful floral arrangements for weddings, events, and special occasions
• Managing floral inventory and ordering supplies as needed
• Training and supervising junior florists
• Maintaining the overall appearance of the shop, including arranging displays and keeping work areas clean and organized
• Providing exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction
• Keeping up-to-date with current floral trends and techniques
• Assisting with marketing initiatives to promote the shop's services

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience as a professional florist
• Excellent design skills with a strong eye for color, texture, and composition
• Proficiency in various floral design techniques such as hand-tied bouquets, centerpieces, corsages, etc.
• Knowledge of different types of flowers and their care instructions
• Ability to work well under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with clients to bring their vision to life

Salary: 1000$ per month (negotiable based on experience)
