Job summary

VaporVM in Dubai is seeking a Tech Lead – Java to guide a cross-functional development team in delivering enterprise applications. You will code hands-on while mentoring peers and aligning with architects.

Responsibilities include end-to-end delivery, RESTful services with Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, Angular frontend, CI/CD collaboration, and ensuring performance and security.

The role is full-time, on-site in Dubai, with opportunities for career growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in computer science or IT.
• 2–3 years minimum leading development teams or acting as technical lead.
• Strong experience in Java enterprise apps using Spring Boot, Hibernate and JPA.
• Experience with ERP/CRM/HRMS or enterprise-grade apps.
• Certifications in Java Full Stack or Agile/Scrum are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end development lifecycle for assigned modules with quality delivery.
• Translate requirements into scalable, maintainable technical solutions.
• Provide hands-on technical direction throughout design and implementation.
• Collaborate with Architect to align with framework and standards.
• Mentor team members to improve skills, code quality, and practices.
• Perform regular code reviews for standards and performance.
