Achieve Group, a trusted recruitment and workforce solutions partner in the UAE, seeks an Internal Audit and Risk Manager for Real Estate Funds. Based in Dubai, this role leads risk-based audit planning and governance oversight across cross-border fund structures and regulatory compliance.

You will ensure robust internal controls and effective governance, providing senior management with actionable findings and strategic risk insights within a private real estate fund platform.

Qualifications

• Degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, or related discipline.
• Strong experience in internal audit, risk management, or compliance within fund management or financial services.
• Knowledge of regulatory frameworks and governance requirements.
• Proven ability to evaluate internal controls and operational risk systems.
• Strong analytical and reporting skills; effective communicator capable of engaging senior management.
• High level of integrity and professional judgement.

Responsabilités

• Develop and maintain a comprehensive risk-based internal audit plan aligned with business objectives and fund structures.
• Conduct internal audits across fund management operations, governance frameworks, financial controls, valuation processes, and outsourced arrangements.
• Assess effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend improvements.
• Review compliance with regulatory requirements and licensing conditions.
• Evaluate governance structures, segregation of duties, and escalation procedures.
• Monitor operational risk management practices and control frameworks.
• Support regulatory reviews and respond to audit-related regulatory queries.
• Provide audit findings and recommendations to senior management and board stakeholders.
