• Conduct internal audits across fund management operations, governance frameworks, financial controls, valuation processes, and outsourced arrangements.
• Assess effectiveness of internal control systems and recommend improvements.
• Review compliance with regulatory requirements and licensing conditions.
• Evaluate governance structures, segregation of duties, and escalation procedures.
• Monitor operational risk management practices and control frameworks.
• Support regulatory reviews and respond to audit-related regulatory queries.
• Provide audit findings and recommendations to senior management and board stakeholders.
