Lead Interior Designer - Hospitality - Consultancy - Dubai

Top hospitality interior design consultancy is urgently looking to recruit a lead interior designer for their Dubai office, to work on their portfolio of 3 to 5 star hotel projects in the Middle East.

Role description
The lead interior designer will report directly to the UAE Director and will be responsible for all interior design aspects of the hospitality division with main focus on their 3, 4 and 5 star hotel projects in the Middle East. The lead interior designer will be hands-on and very creative in terms of coming up with new concepts and designs, at times taking direct briefs from the client and implementing the concept. In addition, the incumbent will provide expertise when managing and overseeing the interior designers and suggest areas of improvement.

Who we're looking for
The successful lead interior designer for the hospitality division will have:

  1. Bachelor of Architecture or Interior Design
  2. At least 10 - 15 years of experience with at least 3 years in the Middle East and currently based in the UAE
  3. Experience working with tier 1 architectural or interior design consultancies
  4. Strong track record and knowledge of working on 3 to 5 star hotels, from concept design through to completion and handover
  5. Experience in working on a wide range of interior design styles from classical to modern
  6. Strong creativity ideas and ability to come up with unique concepts
