Job description

My client is one of the most renowned global design firms currently involved in a number of exciting projects within the Hospitality, Mixed-Use, and Residential sectors.

As part of their continued development and due to an urgent need to recruit specialist staff, we are assisting the client with several key hires to support the ongoing growth of the business.

Their most pressing requirement is for a Lead Interior Designer in Dubai. We are seeking candidates with a proven track record and a strong portfolio, capable of running projects independently and managing the Interior Design department.

Key Activities (not limited to):

• Setting up the full programme during project kick-off
• Developing and leading the Interior Design division, providing strategic direction
• Attending meetings, drafting notes, and outlining actions
• Presenting concepts and reviewing project deliverables
• Overseeing submissions for building permits and Civil Defence, with team support
• Reviewing and involving in design information
• Schematic design development with the design team

Key Requirements:

• Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree highly desirable
• Strong portfolio demonstrating successful projects
• Ability to manage a multicultural team and motivate staff to achieve business objectives
• Excellent communication skills
