Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor a team of interior designers and architects, fostering creativity and professional growth
- Develop and implement design strategies aligned with client objectives and project requirements
- Oversee multiple large-scale interior design projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients, stakeholders, and team members to ensure project success and client satisfaction
- Present design concepts and proposals to clients, incorporating feedback and revisions as needed
- Ensure compliance with regional building codes, regulations, and sustainable design practices
- Manage project budgets, timelines, and resources effectively
- Stay current with industry trends and innovative design solutions to maintain a competitive edge
- Contribute to business development efforts and cultivate client relationships
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Interior Design, Architecture, or a related field
- Minimum 12+ years of experience in interior design and architecture, with a proven track record of managing large-scale projects
- Professional certification in interior design preferred
- Proficiency in interior design software, including Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, and 3D Max
- Strong project management skills with the ability to lead multiple projects simultaneously
- Excellent communication and presentation skills, both verbal and written
- Demonstrated leadership abilities and experience managing design teams
- Understanding of sustainable design practices and their implementation
- Creative problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
- Strong portfolio showcasing diverse interior design projects
