Job description

Wood has been awarded a major project with ADNOC and we are looking to hire Lead Instrument and Control Engineers to be based at our Abu Dhabi Engineering Centre. Below are more details about the role.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in a relevant discipline (Instrumentation or related discipline) from an accredited university with a minimum of fifteen (15+) years of relevant experience in the Offshore Oil & Gas industry, including a minimum of five (5) years (preferred) in the GCC region.
• Must have at least five (5) years of experience in a similar position in mega Oil & Gas or Petrochemical projects, managing a team of Specialists, Senior Engineers, and Engineers.
• Most years of experience should be in the development of In-house Engineering.
• Good experience in ASSESS / SELECT / Pre-Feed projects.
• Involvement in Concept / Design Engineering.
• Offshore experience is required.
• Experience should not be mostly in EPC projects.
• Experience should not be mostly in PMC.
• Good experience as a Lead Instrumentation Engineer.
• Experience in mega project developments.
