We are seeking a highly experienced and skilled Lead I&C Engineer to oversee and manage the instrumentation and control systems for oil & gas and gas processing project. The ideal candidate will have over 18 years of experience in the oil and gas industry, with a strong background in design, FEED, and detailed engineering.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise I&C engineering teams for oil & gas and gas processing projects.
• Perform detailed design, FEED, and engineering activities for instrumentation and control systems.
• Provide technical leadership, ensuring adherence to project schedules, budgets, and quality standards.
• Review and approve engineering designs, drawings, and specifications.
• Coordinate with other engineering disciplines (mechanical, electrical, civil) to ensure integration of I&C systems.
• Manage the preparation of technical documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.
• Oversee the selection, installation, and commissioning of control and instrumentation systems.
• Provide technical support during procurement and construction phases.
• Monitor and assess the performance of I&C systems and recommend improvements.
  
  

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Instrumentation, Control Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 18 years of experience in I&C engineering, with significant experience in the oil & gas industry.
• Proven expertise in gas processing projects and PMC role experience.
• Strong knowledge of control systems, instrumentation, automation, and related software.
• Hands-on experience with FEED, detailed design, and project execution phases.
• In-depth understanding of industry codes, standards, and best practices.
• Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a multi-disciplinary team environment.
