Job summary

Robinson & Co (Singapore) Pte Ltd is looking for a Project Planner based in the United Arab Emirates to support the Business and Project Management teams. This role involves preparing and updating construction schedules, monitoring project progress, and producing necessary reports. A minimum of 5-7 years in a project planning role is required, along with proficiency in Primavera software.

The ideal candidate should have strong understandings of construction methods, local legislation, and possess good analytical skills. The position requires effective leadership in managing project complexities.

Qualifications

• Solid understanding of infrastructure and building construction.
• Knowledge of local legislations related to construction.
• Extensive experience in Primavera in a commercial setting.
• Understanding of planning principles and development processes.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and update construction schedules as needed.
• Conduct thorough analysis of tender information.
• Manage preparation and distribution of procurement and engineering activities schedules.
• Generate realistic look-ahead schedules.
• Produce Plant List and Labour Histogram.
• Assist Estimation Team in preparing project estimates.
• Prepare project logistics plans and method statements.
• Create risks and opportunities register for complex activities.
• Monitor project progress and produce regular reports.
• Assist in developing delay mitigation plans if required.
• Conduct time impact analysis for project scope changes.
